Debt recovery cost estimator for Turkey

See what a creditor advances when enforcing a claim in Türkiye, and which costs are added to the debtor's debt and recovered on collection.

Who pays the costs?

In Turkish enforcement, the creditor advances the filing fees and expenses. At the end of the proceedings, these costs, the collection fee and the statutory attorney's fee under the Bar tariff are added to the debtor's debt and paid back to the creditor out of what is collected. The prison-construction levy is the only item that cannot be charged to the debtor.

What this means in practice: if the debtor is solvent, the net cost of enforcement to you is usually limited to your fee agreement with counsel and the levy.

Estimate only, not legal advice. Figures are in Turkish lira under the 2026 fee schedule.
